Tubers is poised to revolutionize the digital freight network market through its innovative approach to
freight matchmaking. Going beyond mere connections between shippers and carriers, Tubers aims to
centralize the entire trucking industry, providing users with a comprehensive suite of services and
tools to streamline and elevate their freight operations.
For shippers, the profile creation process will involve answering questions about their cargo, company
activities, contact information, responsible personnel, the duration of the company's existence, and their
rating. Shippers can then select and contact available carriers for their cargo, mark their cargo on a map
(e.g., with a green light to indicate availability), and allow carriers to bid for the job. In cases of
multiple carrier bids, an auction-like system will determine the winning bid based on the cost per mile.
Shippers can also track the carrier's route and monitor the progress of the transport. Upon job
completion, shippers can rate carriers based on transport quality, communication, and other relevant
factors to benefit future shippers considering collaboration with the same carrier.
Carriers, on the other hand, will provide basic personal information, truck details (capacity,
condition, etc.), insurance information, the number of past transports, cargo-specific requirements,
pricing per mile, and their rating. Carriers can either apply for specific jobs and bid on them or
indicate their available time slots for shippers to contact them. Additionally, carriers will have
access to app tutorials and a dedicated section with information on country-specific regulations,
insurance details, road congestion maps, optimal routes, and necessary cargo-related documentation. The
app will also provide emergency contact numbers for situations like breakdowns or injuries. This
information will be categorized and easily accessible on the app, assisting carriers in resolving issues
efficiently.
